Strong Again is a four-week course with 12 short classes that blend simple teaching with guided movement, breathwork, yoga nidra, rhythm and time in nature. I created it for women in midlife who feel tired, flat, or disconnected from their bodies, who worry about bone strength, and who feel frustrated when exercise makes symptoms worse. If you do not trust your body like you used to, if you struggle with consistency, or if rest feels lazy, I see you. I will show you how to reframe movement as support, not punishment, and how to build clear, safe strength without burning out. You will learn how to work with hormonal changes, calm your system, and follow a structure that fits real life. I built this for the woman who wants to feel strong again, steady in her energy, and truly at home in her body.
