

This 20-minute follow-along practice helps you regulate your body, reset your rhythm, and leave feeling settled and clear. I guide you through breath-led movement and a slower tempo so you can calm your mind, release tension, and regain control when life feels fast and overwhelming. You will move with steady breathing, simple transitions, and grounding shapes inspired by yoga, including Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana), Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), and Mountain Pose (Tadasana). You do not need experience, just a mat and a willingness to slow down. This class helps you reduce stress, clear mental fog, and reconnect with yourself so you can move through your day with confidence and calm instead of frustration and fatigue.
