It helps you move past frustration, inconsistency, and all-or-nothing thinking. I lead you through a fluid sequence that begins in child’s pose, builds heat and control, and weaves in moments of recovery so you finish strong, not drained. You only need a mat and space to move. By the end, you will feel balanced, capable, and confident with a routine you can repeat anytime.
