"DESCRIPTION In this 20-minute vinyasa flow, I guide you through steady, repeating movement patterns that sync each step with your breath so you feel calm, grounded, and fully connected to your body. If your mind feels busy, your breath feels shallow, or your flow feels rushed and scattered, this session brings you back to rhythm and control. I use simple cyclical sequences, breath-led transitions, and smooth directional changes to create a moving meditation that builds focus without strain. You will repeat patterns until they feel natural and strong. If possible, I invite you to close outside and connect with the ground beneath your feet. All you need is a mat and space to move. You will finish centered, steady, and deeply rooted."
