"DESCRIPTION In this 20-minute vinyasa strength session, I guide you through rhythmic lift and lower patterns, intentional pauses between sets, and strong flowing sequences so you build real strength without draining your energy. If you often push too hard, rush transitions, or finish class exhausted, this session shows you how to train with control and finish feeling clear and energized. I use structured strength sets in plank and lunges, controlled tempo work in standing poses, and short recovery pauses to help you manage effort and stay sharp. All you need is a mat and space to move. You will leave feeling strong, focused, and powerful with energy left in the tank."
