60 Minute Ladder Flow.

This dynamic practice is for days when energy is high. We work through strength building postures like chaturanga dandasana and lunges to power up all of the muscle groups. We flow through a sequence building up to our peak pose, Camel. A deep back bend that’s stimulating to promote energy for your day. Options are available to make the practice a little gentler. All you need is your mat and room to flow.
