
Rachel Richards
My name is Rachel Richards, and I help peri-menopausal and menopausal women who can’t or choose not to take HRT reclaim their identity, wellbeing, and sense of possibility. I am a yoga instructor, breathwork and meditation guide, and menopause-focused practitioner with extensive experience in holistic health. I’ve navigated burnout, survived stage 3 breast cancer, and gone through menopause twice—once medically, and again naturally—without the option of HRT.
I understand firsthand how overwhelming the symptoms can be and how many women struggle with time, energy, and simply knowing where to begin. Having overcome these challenges myself, I’ve learned how to manage symptoms, restore balance, and feel back in control of my life through yoga, breathwork, nature connection, mindful movement, and supportive lifestyle shifts. This is why I’ve made it my mission to help other midlife women embrace this chapter with strength, clarity, and confidence.
I communicate with a personable, chatty, down-to-earth tone, whether I’m teaching in class or sharing informative bite-sized videos on Instagram. I’m inspired by Davina McCall’s work in highlighting menopause and by Jay Shetty’s gift for bringing spiritual awareness to everyday life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that we all have the ability to help ourselves, that mindset is a powerful tool, and that we shape our own future.
